FAQ's

How do I fold the rower?

Simply use the quick release knob at the base of the unit and fold the glide and seat mechanism up. It takes less than 30 seconds to fold and un fold.

How do I change the resistance?

Use the dial control on the front of the unit to select your desired resistance level from 1 (easy) to 8 (hard). You can change the resistance level as you row to make it easier or harder.

How do I use the LCD computer screen?

There are instructions in the manual, however its very simple. Once started it shows your time elapsed, number of strokes completed, distance travelled, calories burned. When you have finished it powers off into standby mode automatically.

Does it need assembling when I get it?

Yes there is some basic assembly required. It comes with full instructions and the required tools - it's not difficult.
